AI & Automation Disclosure
GameForceAsia uses software automation and AI-assisted tools in parts of its publishing workflow. This page explains where those tools may be used and what readers should expect.
Where automation may be used
- Monitoring public sources and preparing routine news briefs from identified source material.
- Draft assistance, formatting, tagging, metadata, SEO fields and content organisation.
- Image-production assistance for site-owned editorial artwork where appropriate.
- Technical publishing tasks such as feeds, sitemaps, scheduling, analytics and quality checks.
What automation does not change
An automated system is not treated as an authority merely because it generated text. Claims should still be attributable to source material, and errors remain GameForceAsia’s responsibility to correct.
Reviews and opinion pieces should communicate an accountable editorial judgment. Automation may assist production, but it should not be presented as personal hands-on experience that did not occur.
Routine automated news
Some routine news items may be drafted or published through automated workflows using source material selected for the news pipeline. These items remain subject to the same correction policy and may be updated when better primary information becomes available.
Disclosure principle
Where the use of automation would materially change how a reasonable reader interprets a specific piece of content, GameForceAsia should disclose that context rather than imply a human process that did not occur.
